Exciting Opportunity in Refrigeration Engineering.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team in a pivotal role, focusing on planned and reactive maintenance across diverse locations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital team member, you will take the lead in service and maintenance operations across your designated sites. Your primary dutiesinclude:
* Prioritising maintenance and repair tasks to meet established timescales and response requirements.
* Swiftlyidentifying non-repairable faults, providing detailed findings to the management team, and suggesting suitable replacements.
*Ensuring timely completion of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, with accurate and thorough documentation.
* Maintaining up-to-date technical and compliance paperwork at all times.
* Participating in an out-of-hours standby rota, coordinating cover during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
* Responding promptly to service call requests, assessing job requirements, and conducting repairs as needed.
* Conducting surveys and completing reports as directed by the refrigeration supervisor/RFM.
* Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards in an efficient, cost-effective manner while complying with company Health and Safety policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications,skills, and abilities:
* NVQ/C&G Refrigeration Based Qualification.
* Refrigerant Handling C&G 2079 or equivalentCITB certificate.
* Ability to read drawings and diagnose equipment issues.
* Strong equipment diagnostic and repair skills.* Possession of a current full driving license is essential.
* Availability for out-of-hours working and participation in standby rota.
Package:
* Base Salary: £42,016.22
* On call Payments: £2,600 per annum
* Overtime: T1/4 after standardhours in week, T1/2 Saturdays, Tx2 Sundays and Bank Holidays.
* 42.5 hour week
