THE ROLE:
This respected packaging manufacture has an 18 strong Engineering team with integrated Reliability Engineers supporting the maintenance department
You will be responsible for carrying out planned maintenance tasks including component changes, belts replacements, lubrication etc. You will also manage a variety of mechanical testing and analysis processes as part of the condition based monitoring programme (CBM).
CBM Duties will include:
* Condition Monitoring
* Vibration analysis.
* Oil analysis.
* Wear monitoring.
THE CANDIDATE:-
The ideal candidate MUST HAVE a mechanicalApprenticeship and preferably skills and experience gained within a manufacturing environment
Relevant "reliability" experience would be ideal, however, this can be trained to candidates demonstrating the aptitude.
Reporting is a key part of your analysis process you will be required to proficiently use various MS Office programmes including: Word, Excel...

Salary: £43,000
Holidays: 25 Days + Bank Hols
