I am lookingfor a Scrum Master with a genuine passion for agile software development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of delivering large-scale software projects by effectively collaborating, facilitating, leading and coaching multiple teams.Key Responsibilities
* Facilitate agile ceremonies for two development teams. Manage the calendar accordingly.
* Promote continuous improvement across your agile teams.
* Oversight of the flow of backlog items on the agile boards. Highlight issueswith delivery and suggest solutions where needed.
* Craft and facilitate workshops on new ways of working, team motivation, technical training etc.
* Tracking progress and sending out sprint reports.
* Record and use metrics to measure team's efficiency.
* Collaborate with the Product Owner to analyse the health of the product backlog and ensure it is detailed, emergent, estimated and prioritised.
* Build a trusting and safe environment where raising problems and issues are encouraged. Act as a safeguard for the teams.
* Run retrospectives that are positive and engaging. Record notes on Confluence and follow up on actions.
* Support with release co-ordination.
Essential requirements
* At least 4 years' experience in a role leading agile software development teams.
* Proven experience of transitioning agile teams to new ways of working.
* Project co-ordination, reporting and facilitation skills.
* An ability to motivate and lead.
* Strong communication particularly in team settings.
* Observational skills - recognizing issues and making suggestions as to how they can be improved.
* Must be able tohandle more than one team working on a variety of projects.
* Is okay dealing with constant change - changing priorities, teamchanges, process changes etc.
* Must have experience using Jira and Confluence.
* Experience leading teams using differentagile practices such as Scrum, Lean, Kanban etc.
* Understanding of flow metrics and how to use these in a way that is helpfulto your teams.
* Formal Agile certification (eg. PSM, CSM etc.)
* Must have a passion for Agile Software Delivery and keepsup to date with trends and developments in the area.

* Experience with continuous delivery
* Coaching skills
* Release co-ordination experience
* Online betting knowledge
* Knowledge and/or experience with Value Stream Mapping, BDD, Automated Testing, Paired Programming, Continuous Refinement
* Knowledge and/or experience in Agile Project Management
