Your Specific Responsibilities:
* Execute planned maintenance visits promptly and meticulously, as directed by the Coordinator.
* Respond swiftly to customer call-outs within regular office hours, showcasing your commitment to excellence.
* Stand by for 24/7 call-outs, a testament to your dedication to our clients' safety and satisfaction.
* Attend to customer call-outs beyond regular office hours, in line with their needs.
* Ensure all service documentation is impeccable, reflecting your dedication to quality.
* Adhere rigorously to Risk Assessments and Method Statements, creating a safe work environment.
* Submit accurate and timely monthly timesheets, including authorized overtime claims.
* Process monthly expense claims with diligence and accuracy.
* Leverage the service management system with precisionand efficiency.
* Deliver comprehensive service reports for each job, accounting for additional materials and labor for seamless invoicing.
* Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner, embodying the Company's positive ethos.
* Collaborate closely with the Coordinator to ensure alternative cover during your absences.
* Consistently meet individual KPIs, a testament to your commitment to excellence.
* Actively contribute in team meetings and day-to-day operations, showcasing your collaborative spirit.
* Engage wholeheartedly in internal and external training events, including assessments as required.
*Regularly propose improvements and identify opportunities for process enhancement, highlighting your proactive approach.
* Fulfill any reasonable requests from Management, a reflection of your adaptability and team spirit.
* Strive for and maintain a performance rating of 95% or higher in all aspects of the position, a testament to your unwavering commitment.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Boasts a minimum of 3 years of successful service, maintenance, and commissioning of various fire alarm equipment.* Possesses practical and technical knowledge of BS5839 Part 1 2017, a testament to your expertise.
* Holds satisfactory DBSclearance, underscoring your commitment to safety and trust.
* Possesses an ECS Card, showcasing your dedication to industry standards.
* Ability to carry out small commissioning and/or installations is advantageous, further highlighting your versatility.
