As a Service Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our clients' operations, ensuring smooth communication, efficient planning, and seamless coordination between our clients valued customers, talented engineers, and dedicated support teams. You'll play a vital role in creating memorable customer experiences and keeping our clients projects running like a well-oiled machine.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Coordinating technicians and subcontractors, managing appointments, and handling customer inquiries with grace and professionalism.
* Organizing necessary materials and equipment for various tasks, ensuring our team has everything they need to excel.
* Raising purchase orders for specialized subcontractors, plants, or access equipment required for specific tasks.
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of geographical locations to effectively assign tasks to technicians across the country.
* Updating management software, managing customer records, and creating comprehensive job files to streamline operations.
* Coordinating the paperwork associated with operational work, such as certifications, drawings, and manuals, to support technicians in completing their tasks.
* Ensuring smooth coordination of jobs requiring parts by raising stock requests, liaising with our logistics officer, and facilitating timely delivery to technicians, subcontractors, or clients.
* Auditing project/service-relatedactivities, ensuring outstanding works are completed promptly and maintaining an organized workflow.
* Taking care of generaladministrative duties, including franking office mail and supporting the smooth functioning of the office.

* £25,000 - £29,000
* Full Time - 09:00 - 17:00
* 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
