Role : Service Delivery ManagerLocation : SE London
Package : Up to £35,000 ,25 days + bh, pension , development
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
Provide operational support to the client in relation to the day-to-day management and task related activities across multiple locationsin maintaining optimum performance of the MFD fleet of devices and embedded solution and applications. To work with the wider teams to ensure service continuity with this on-site role
Key Objectives
* IAct as an escalation point for all technical queries
? Open and close device incidents with customer ticketing systems and Service Desks
? Work closely with Field Service team to ensure proactive maintenance is carried out to improve fleet Uptime
? Provide an dedicated on site point of contactfor all day to day activity?
? Provide operational support
? Achieve key performance targets as directed to maintain optimum customer satisfaction
? Provide operational & administrative support to the customer as per our contract to provide a managed print service
? Assist logistical management of day to day fleet movements and deployments etc
Essential skills* Good IT knowledge and skills
