Service Desk Manager - Surrey - £35k-£42k
Our client established for over 30 years that specialise in the latest Fire & Security solutions for Private, Residential, Commercial & Public are looking to add ahighly experienced Service Desk Manager to their existing team.
Key Responsibilities;
* Driving a team of 4/5 Customer Service/Service Desk representatives
* Completing orders and processing
* Working closely with the Senior Engineer and Directors to streamline and improve processes
* Ensuring that work has been issues out to engineers via PDA's
* Providing high levels of customer service for high end and private clients
What you will need;
* Previous experience as a Service Desk Supervisor or Manager within the Fire & Security Industry
* Knowledge and experience working with Simpro
* Excellent attention to detail and Customer Service Levels
* Able to contribute to board meetings to review and improve internal processes
What you will receive;
* Basic salary of between £35k-£42k per annum
* 21 days holiday & bank holidays that increases 1 day per year with service
