Service Manager - Surrey - £45k
Our client established for over 30 years that specialise in the latest Fire& Security solutions for Private, Residential, Commercial & Public are looking to add a highly experienced Service Manager to their existing team.
Key Responsibilities;
* Driving a team of 4/5 Customer Service/Service Desk representatives & 10 x engineers to create a harmonious environment
* Increasing revenue and driving standards
* Completing orders and processing
* Working closely with the Senior Engineer and Directors to streamline and improve processes
* Ensuring that work has been issues out to engineers via PDA's
* Providing high levels of customer service for high end and private clients
Whatyou will need;
* Previous experience as a Service Manager within the Fire & Security Industry
* Knowledge and experience working with Simpro would be ideal
* Excellent attention to detail and Customer Service Levels
* Able to contribute to board meetings to review and improve internal processes
