Position: Service and Small Works Manager
Reporting to: Operations Director
Primary Role: As the Service and Small Works Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our service department and managing small works projects. Your mission is to ensure the seamless execution of service calls, the successful completion of small projects, and the delivery of top-notch customer satisfaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll create strategies to optimize service efficiency and project timelines.Key Responsibilities:
Service Operations:
* Manage day-to-day service operations, ensuring timely and effective service calls.
* Allocate resources efficiently to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.
* Foster a customer-centric approach, consistently delivering excellent service experiences.
* Strategize to enhance service procedures, streamline processes,and minimize downtime.
* Oversee the team's technical training and development.
Small Works Management:
* Lead the planning and execution of small works projects, from inception to completion.
* Collaborate with project teams to define scope, deliverables, and timelines.
* Ensure project budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.
* Maintain regular communicationwith clients to provide updates on project progress.
Team Leadership:
* Motivate and guide the service and small works team to excel in their roles.
* Set performance targets and standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Client Relations:
* Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Quality and Compliance:
* Uphold high standards of quality and safety throughout service and project execution.* Ensure adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
Package Highlights:
* Competitive annual salary of £35,000- £45,000
* Usual working hours are between 08:30 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
* Overtime may be required based on projectneeds.
