A Gadget Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and fixing issues with various types of Mobile Devices. They have knowledge of different Gadget Operating Systems, Hardware, and Software. They possess expertise in repairing and replacing Screens, Batteries, Buttons, Cameras, And other Gadget Components. Responsibilities:-
- Diagnose and Repair Phone, Tablet, Laptop, hardware And Software issues Repair
- Configure, Installs, and Supports Apple MacBook/iMac, PCs Laptop, handheld Devices, Printers, monitors, portable data storage devices, and other general peripherals
- Diagnoses Hardware and Software failures communicate the remediation Plans to Users and Provide Status Updates
- Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
- Relocates Apple Equipment Including Desktop Computers, Monitors, Portable Data Storage Devices, And Other General Peripherals.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines as needed
- Knowledge of different types of Gadget Repair
- Replace Damaged Or Malfunctioning Components such as Screens, Batteries, and Charging Ports, Apple Home Button And Software Fix
- Focusing on customer delight, taking great satisfaction as you rebuild not only computers but also relationships with customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Good Communication Skills to interact with UK Customers
Qualifications:-
- Experience with Mac hardware and software is desired
- Computer tech background, Ideally with Apple hardware and software (iPhone/Mac)
- Apple Certification such as ACMT is a plus, but not required as you have a strong desire and willingness to learn
- Experience interacting with customers in person and on the phone
