CLAIMS EXECUTIVE
CHELMSFORD + Hybrid Working
upto £35,000 DoE
The Opportunity:
I am excited to be working with a well-established, nationwide commercial Insurance brokerage who, due to a recent acquisition is in a position to grow their personable team of Claims Executive. You would be working inconjunction with the Head of Claims to ensure a smooth client journey through the claims process.
Responsibilities:
* Toeffectively and pro-actively administer and negotiate claims settlements on behalf of clients.
* Negotiating to reach the bestsettlement possible for our clients whilst maintaining a good relationship with insurers.
* To provide support and assistanceto the claims manager for any duties assigned to you.
* To deal with telephone enquiries and refer the call to the appropriate person.
* Liaise and advise clients colleagues and advise on Claims.
* Develop and maintain good relations with partner insurers and suppliers.
* To adhere to claims service standard of new claims handled within 2 days of receipt and post handled within 5 days of receipt.
* Provide accurate technical advice on policy coverage and explain the claims process dependant on the insurer involved.
Person Specification:
* Insurance claims experience, ideally within a Commercial environment.
* Cert CII highly preferred
* Acturis experience preferred
* Ability to form and sustain relationships with internal and externalstakeholders
