Client Services Executive
Manchester - 2 days a week WFH
Basic Salary £28,000 - £35,000 plus Bonus
We are currently working with an industry leading Insurance business based in Manchester who are lookingfor a Client Services Executive to join their expanding and highly successful business. As a Client Services Executive you will be building strong relationships with new, existing and historic clients to understand their Insurance needs. If you are working as a Client Services Executive / Client Relationship Manager / Account Handler / Account Executive with experience in dealing with High-Net-Worth individuals and policies across home, motor and travel, this opportunity is not to be missed!
THE ROLE:
* Build relationships with new, existing and historic clients to understand their needs and requirements and identify the best cover for them
* Manage the renewal process and confirmrenewals with both insurers and clients
* Handling claims and liaising between clients and insurers
* Coordinating client requirements within the team and offering clients a first class service at all times
* Maintain regular contact with clients including calls, emails, messages, meetings, networking events etc
* Where needed, working with underwriters to amend policies to meet the needs of clients
* Accurately entering all client details into the CRM
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience within a similar Client Services Executive / Client Relationship Manager / Account Handler / Account Executive role with experience in dealing with High-Net-Worth individuals and policies across home, motor and travel
* Proven track record of dealing with a variety of clients including high net worth individuals
* Driven and ambitious with the ability to self motivate to achieve objectives
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to interact effectively with clients and build relationships* A high level of confidence and a positive 'can-do' attitude
