Aboutthe Role:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts
* Handling renewals and mid-term adjustments
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
* Assisting with various insurance-related tasks
* Working closely with clients to understand and meet their insurance needs
The Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar commercial insurance role
* Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage renewals and provide accurate, timely information
* Meticulous attention to detailand robust organisational skills
* Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
