On behalf of our client, an established independent insurance brokerage near Blackburn, we're seeking an experienced Commercial Claims Handler to spearhead theirnew in-house claims function.
Location: Near Blackburn, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Role Overview:
* Lead the development of the in-house claims function
* Streamline the client journey throughout the claims process
* Manage commercial insurance claims from initiation to settlement
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the claims process
Key Responsibilities:
*Handle a diverse range of commercial insurance claims
* Develop and implement efficient claims handling procedures
* Liaisewith insurers, loss adjusters, and other relevant parties
* Provide expert advice to clients on claims-related matters
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the claims service
The Ideal Candidate:
* Extensive experience in handling various commercial insurance claims
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and policy wordings
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and drive process improvements
* Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
