Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow either the SME or the Corporate client portfolio
* Process and administer client accounts using Acturis
* Maintain regular client contact and develop strong relationships
* Identify client exposures and uninsured areas
* Liaise with insurers onprogrammes, new business, and amendments
* Achieve high retention rates (>90%) and new business conversion
Required Qualifications:
* Proven experience in commercial insurance broking, preferably with SME or Corporate clients
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency in Acturis or similar broking systems
* Commitment to professional development and compliance standards
