MANCHESTER CENTRE
SALARY UP TO £52,000 PLUS BENEFITSTHE OPPORTUNITY:
Get recruited are so proud to be representing one of Manchester's oldest and most well known Insurance brokers who are looking to add a Account Executive to their city centre team.
As a well established business with over 50yrs experience and over 100 staff, they pride pride themselves on the service they offer to their customers. They have a passion for supporting, training and nurturing their team to help them grow along with the firm.
As a Senior Account Handler you will be working in a fast-paced environment working with various clients to arrange cover for both new business and renewals. You will also benefit from support to complete your CII, internal support and training and the opportunity to work with some of the most experienced Brokers and Account Execs to improve your knowledge and progress your career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deal with new business, existing business, and renewals.
* Manage therenewal/placing process in a timely manner.
* Liaise with partner brokers within our international network to ensure that insurance placements are coordinated at a global level.
* Ensure accurate recording of information on Acturis.
* Regularly review client insurance portfolios to assess and document uninsured risks.
* Keep up to date with current market conditions and external factors.

THE PERSON:
* Extensive knowledge within insurance industry and likely to have a minimum of 3 year's experience in an Account Executive role.
* ACII Qualification or working towards.
* Experience of dealing with multinational risks and/or international broker networks would be an advantage.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills with an abilityto secure the best deals for clients and our business.
* Ability to develop and manage good working relationships with clients and insurers through building trust and mutual respect.
* Have outstanding industry and sector knowledge, maintained throughCPD.
* Understand and ensure compliance with regulations and procedures as laid down by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), by keeping up to date with all changes in the regulatory framework
