INSURANCE BRANCH MANAGER
COVENTRY
SALARY UP TO£70,000
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are extremely to be representing a professional, independent, chartered insurance broker serving clients in many sectors, with over 135 employees in 10 locations across the UK.
They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to join the business in a Senior capacity, as a Branch Manager for the retail branch of their Coventry office. This location also houses the Head Office function of their wider group, so you will be working in close conjunction with the Group's board.
The Branch Manager will provide operational leadership for the Branch, comprising 12full time employees 5 of which will be their Account Executives, ensuring the achievement of agreed corporate goals and contributing positively to its strategic direction. You will take responsibility for the day to day operations of the branch and proactively manage the long-term business plan and setting business goals for your areas.
SENIOR BROKER RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the office by example.
* developing your own sales pipelines and ensuring the team has adequate opportunities to achieve office budgets.
* Provide sales coaching and own high-level relationships with key clients and Prospects.
* Increase risk management engagement with their clients ensuring they are fully aware of all of company offerings.
* Develop strategies to improveprofitability whilst increasing retention rates and colleague engagement.

THE PERSON:
* Whilst it is not essential that you are from a similar Branch Manager position, it is expected that you will have some supervisory experience. As such, we welcome applications from Senior Account Executives who have deputised in the absence of line managers etc.
* You must also have significant commercial broking experience, including knowledge ofall common commercial covers. It is anticipated that you will have also made some progress towards professional CII / ACII qualifications.
