INSURANCE CLIENT ADVISOR
BIRMINGHAM
SALARY £35,000 to £45,000 PLUS HYBRID WORKING
THE OPPORTUNITY:
One of Birmingham's most respected brokers is now looking to expand after recent growth and has a position for a Insurance Client Advisor to join them. The candidate will need to be highly motivated and looking to grow their career within the insurance profession, have previous insurance experience to give them the best start within their role.
When you start as an Insurance Client Advisor you will provide support to the Account Executives whereyou will also get the opportunity to join them on client visits. along with other areas of the business you will deal with client portfolio requests, such as mid-term adjustments and renewals actions.
Clients will expect you to be their main contact within the business, therefore you will need to have the required skills to deal with all queries and relevant issues which may arise and the ability to deal with them swiftly.
THE ROLE:
* Building and maintaining business relationships with clients and insurers
* Discussing and assessing client's current and future needs
* Negotiation of policy terms and conditions
* Signing off renewal reports
* Advising clients on mid term changes
* Meeting with clients at mid term, pre renewal or renewal
* Owning own client portfolio
* Assisting with training of Graduate trainees

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Cert CII
* Dip CII or working towards
