SALARY UP TO £35,000PLUS BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get recruited are so proud to be representing one of Manchester's oldest and most well known Insurance brokers who are looking to add a number of experienced Client Services Execs to their ever growing team based in theCity Centre.

As an Insurance Client Services Executive you will be working in a fast-paced environment working withvarious clients to arrange cover for both new business and renewals. You will also benefit from support to complete your CII, internal support and training and the opportunity to work with some of the most experienced Brokers and Account Execs to improveyour knowledge and progress your career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Understand client needs and identify the most effective cover for their requirements
* Manage the renewal/placing process in a timely manner, obtaining renewal terms and quotes, re-marketing renewals when required, highlighting potential risks and agreeing terms in line with client requirements including any mid-term alterations.
* Confirm renewal/placing cover with insurers and Invoicing premiums.
* Ensure accurate recording of information on Acturis
* Keep up to date with current market conditions and external factors affecting the Clients Business and sector
* Invoice premiums and where required, set up direct debit agreements for new business and renewal, liaising with the company accounts team and insurers directly

THE PERSON:
* Experience within commercial and property owners insurance (Likely to have been gained over a minimum of 5 year'sexperience)
* Experience of managing large property portfolios in Excel whilst maintaining an active record of premiums, usingformulas, an understanding of insurer ratings, mid-term adjustment calculations and clear understanding of creating mail mergesto process documentation whilst using Excel as a record for all data would be an advantage.
* Minimum Cert CII / willingnessto continue to progress towards Professional Qualifications
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills with an ability to secure the best deals for clients and our business
* Ability to develop and manage good working relationships with clients and insurers through building trust and mutual respect
