OPPORTUNITY:
I'm excited to represent a lively insurance Brokerage in Leeds looking to expand their team! They have a fully kitted out office in bustling central Leeds where you will be able to learn fromsome of the best Brokers in the city. With huge growth plans and a dedication to internal promotion this is an incredible opportunity to progress in your Insurance Career.
They are looking for an ambitious Insurance Account Executive to join their ranks. If you have experience in selling either Commercial Lines or Personal Lines Insurance, they want to hear from you!
PACKAGE:* Salary up to £35,000 + Performance based bonus

* 25 days Holiday + additional for a year served.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supporting the commercial team where necessary e.g., answering queries and sharing knowledge.
* Answering phones promptly and seizing new business opportunities.
* Conducting in-depth fact finds to ascertain clients' insurance requirements.
* To source the right product for the client and liaise with insurers/underwriters
* Present the terms to the client in a clear and concise manner ensuring all internal procedures are followed.
* Take payments or arrange instalment facilities once the client is happy to proceed.
* Take responsibility for your own aged debt and follow the internal procedures to either collect the debt, or terminate the policy.
* Remain a point of contact for clients if necessary and should an MTA, or claim arise liaise with the Broking Team to ensure a smooth handover
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
* Some experience in a customer facing role within the insurance industry
* Confident telephone manner
* Acturis Experience preferred but not required
* Excellent communication skills
* Organised and systematic approach to work
* Good attention to detail
* Self-starter and self-motivated in the working environment
