IT Change Manager -12 month FTC
£60,000 - £65,000 Per Annum
This role can be fully remote/home based, with occasional travel to Warwickshire
Due to increased customer demand in the financial services sector, Jumar is expanding their Change Management capability; and we're recruiting for a highly accomplished, ITIL 4 Certified UK based Process Specialist/IT Change Manager with SIAM expertise to support the increase in demand from projects and business change initiatives from our leading, Midlands based financial services client.
As our client implements high-profile change initiatives across the business, there really is no better time for an experienced IT Change Manager to join Jumar.
Our client is moving into a more SIAM based model and this role is to drive and deliver strategic change and the review of processes - We need a Process Specialist.
The successful candidate will leadand promote the IT Change Management function by developing and implementing a clear strategy to ensure change is delivered toindustry best practice under a robust Change Management governance framework contributing towards the design and delivery of theoverall IT Service Management Strategy.
Qualifications
* Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4
* SIAM qualification
Experience and Knowledge
* Experience of successfully leading and managing IT Change
* Strong experience operating in a SIAM based model
* SIAM - understanding the principles
* Experience moving to a SIAM based model and driving and delivering strategic change and the review of processes - We need a Process Specialist
* Strong experience of managing teams and stakeholders
* Solid experience of ServiceNow
