The Compliance Business Partner provides company-wide support across all operating companies to ensure the aims and objectives are achieved through compliance with processes, procedures, legislation, regulations and industry standards.
Compliance Business Partner Duties:
* Responsible for overseeing Compliance requirements in the Technology sector in line with Group protocol
* Work with Group Compliance on projects for remaining divisions and companywide requirements
* Responsible for the BMS for the Technology sector and assist with management of Group BMS including Group ISO accreditation
* Act as instructed by Group Data Protection Officer to manage all Technology sector data protection requirements defined in the GDPR including facilitation of subject access requests
* Oversight and facilitation of contracts and administration process including registration process for international contractors
* Management of IR35 process for contractors and clients
* Pointof contact for general compliance queries
* Assist with client contract reviews where required and facilitate leadership andsolicitors' involvement
* Facilitate internal or external audit requests received from the business
* Manage internal audit schedule for Technology sector and facilitate Group audits through to completion
* Lead and manage all Technology sector related and Group compliance projects as required and defined by management
* Undertake and facilitate all relevant training asdirected across the Technology sector and Group where required
* Maintain industry accreditations where applicable
* Ensuring The Group adopts legislative and regulatory changes by way of updating processes and procedures across the group
* Ensuring procedural changes are effectively rolled out, communicated, and understood by staff
* Assist with facilitation of UK & International Intermediaries payment companies preferred suppliers list
* Conduct external audit of suppliers as directed,such as our approved or prospective intermediary PSL umbrella companies
* Provide input into the business strategy and provide Compliance support and advice to the Group Compliance Director and board of directors
Essential Experience:
* Previousexperience of compliance management in the Technology sector with international exposure
* Experience of contract administration management
* Experience of international engagement methods and local taxation rules
* Previous experience of policy and procedure writing within the recruitment sector
* Understanding and working knowledge of GDPR
* Detail orientated withan analytical mindset
Desirable Experience:
* Working knowledge of recruitment-based CRM systems
* Experience of healthcare, construction and education legislative requirements
* Previous experience & working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 18001.
