My client, one of the Big 4 with a developingESG Consulting team, is looking for a Sustainability Transformation Associate Director. The job is permanent and offers hybrid working scheme.
You will provide support to clients to embed Sustainability into their core business activities. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, and work with clients to determine the most effective operating model for Sustainability, advise on and support the implementation of mandatory ESG reporting frameworks, navigate the technology landscape to enhance their capabilities, and enable clients to derive business value through Sustainability transformation.
Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career, but what you can initially expect is:
* Lead ESG implementation programmes designed to support our clients to operationalise Sustainability strategies and comply with ESG standards and reporting frameworks.
* Advise clients on their performance against ESG standards and reporting frameworks and support the development and implementation of recommendations to achieve compliance.
* Design and implement target operating models that enable client's to successfully operationalise ESG reporting in an effective and efficient way.
* Advise clients on ESG data and technology enablers to support reporting and Sustainability implementation.
In order to be successful, you will bring:
* Minimum of 7 years professional experience in ESG consulting or related field, with proven track record in transformation programme delivery
*Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject. Professional certifications in Sustainability or ESG an advantage.
* Knowledge of target operating models, transformation and design of processes and controls
* Understanding of ESG frameworks, standards and regulatory environments
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across Sustainability implementation programmes.
