Key Accountabilities:
* Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
* Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
* Conduct gap analysis between current processes and ERP system functionality.
* Process Mapping and Improvement:* Map existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions.
* Develop detailed process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
* ERP Implementation Support:
* Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure ERP configurations meet business needs.
* Assist in system setup, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Stakeholder Collaboration:
* Serve as a liaison between technical teams, end-users, and senior management to ensure alignment.
* Project Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain project documentation, including requirements, test scripts, and training materials.
* Provide regular updates to the project manager and stakeholders on project progress and risks.
Core Competencies:

* Good understanding of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle
* Experience in end-to-end ERP rollout, from planning to go live.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
*Analytical mindset with a strong ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ERP implementation projects.
