We're looking for someone who cancommute to Tamworth, who is available to work between Friday and Sunday nights each week for ongoing part-time driving work.Shift Pattern:
Part-time, meaning 2-3 shifts per week with starts ranging between 20.00 pm - 01.00 am (Between Friday and Sunday nights only).
Salary:
£18.40 - £19.55 per hour - plus holiday pay (accrued at a rate of 12.07%)
About the role:From the simple sandwich to a range of chilled foods, our client's customer's need fresh stock - daily, and you could be part of their nationwide team making some of the 3.5 million deliveries each year, keeping Britain fed!
As a Kenect Recruitment Class 1 Driver, you'll be passionate about high-quality customer service for our valued client and their customers.
Typical responsibilities shall include:
* National trunking deliveries to RDC's (no handball)
* Delivering all items accurately withinan agreed timescale
* Refrigerated trailers
* Possible collection on return journey
* Friday - Sunday nights each week* £18.40 - £19.55 per hour - guaranteed a minimum of 8 hours per shift
Requirements:
* Must have held a valid UK LGV1 licence for a minimum of 12 months
* Must be able to commute to Tamworth at least 2 nights per week (including weekends)
* Musthave no more than 6 points on licence for minor offences
* Must be willing to undergo a paid driving assessment and inductionprior to starting
