Due to rapid expansion my client an established engineering company is looking for a logistics administrator to join their team working on the site of a well known manufacturing facility in Kildare.
The role will include but is not limited to processing invoices, actioning fleet requests, database and tracking maintenance, creating requisitions as well as general office administration tasks. This role is heavily admin based and will requirethe candidate to liaise with many different parts of the business to ensure the smooth running of the shipping and logistics department.
The right candidate will have had previous experience working with SAP (or other ERP systems), be computer literateand able to use MS Excel to an intermediate level, possess excellent telephone manner and communication skills as well as beingable to multi task and work in a busy environment under pressure.
This is a full time permanent position and will require thesuccessful candidate to work one of the morning shifts, either 6am - 2PM or 8AM - 4PM depending on the business requirements and these shifts would be Monday - Friday.
