Quality Assistant | Limerick
My client, an industry leading expert in providing supply chain services to a number of multi-national companies are currently recruiting for a Quality Assistant to join their Quality Department. This is anexciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in structured environments, ensuring quality standards are consistently upheld across all operations.
As the Quality Assistant, you will be instrumental in managing the Quality System,which includes responsibilities such as document control, procedural updates, and product compliance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in quality systems and a commitment to continuous improvement. The position offers a blend of office and warehouse work, suited to those who enjoy a dynamic and hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing quality standards and control measures.
* Monitoring quality performance, ensuring all processes meet regulatory requirements.
* Conducting inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and products.
* Collaborating with management tointroduce controls and improvements.
* Managing supply chain documents, product certification, and training records.
* Maintaining and updating all procedural documents, including obsoleting outdated forms.
* Performing internal audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
* Qualifications: A third-level qualification in a quality-related field is essential.
* Experience: Familiarity with ISO standards, along with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Additional Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems is desirable. Excellent numeracy and communication skills are required.
* Personal Attributes: A conscientious and hard-working approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
