My client has an urgent requirement for a Warehouse Supervisor. This is a well establishedcompany looking for someone to supervise the warehouse operative team of approx 18-20 staff in their NEW state of the art 61000SQFT warehouse facility in Cork.
The successful candidate should have min. 1-2 years experience managing a small team in a warehouse environment, they should be "hands on" when it comes to their management style and be ready to handle any possible complications with regards to staffing and staff needs. This role will require you to coach, lead and motivate your team and to achieve your KPI metrics set by the Warehouse Manager whom you will be directly reporting to.
For your hard work and dedication you can expect a great base salary, quarterly attendance bonus, annual performance bonus (3-6% for meeting KPI) and access to their cost price employee shop as well. Along with remuneration the person accepting this position will also be given plenty of opportunity for development, career growth and promotion. The shift pattern for this role is Mon-Fri 7AM - 16:00
