About the Role:
As an Operations Manager, you'll lead our team to produce high-quality products that meet global standards. You'll play a crucial role in optimising our siteoperations, reducing costs, and maximising revenues. Your strategic thinking and leadership will help us achieve our goals andmaintain our reputation for excellence.
What You'll Do:
* Quality & Compliance: Ensure products meet customer expectations and international regulations.
* Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to reduce expenses and boost revenue.
*Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse production data to refine operations.
* Team Coordination: Work closely with BU Managers to align departmental activities.
* Performance Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff, fostering a culture of growth.
* Safety First: Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
* Strategic Planning: Set and achieve strategic goals based on thorough business analysis.
* Financial Oversight: Support budgeting and forecasting efforts.
* Customer Focus: Uphold qualityand customer service standards, resolving any issues promptly.
* Continuous Improvement: Implement and maintain 5S standards and drive improvement initiatives.
* Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of trends through workshops and networking.
* Employee Relations: Collaborate with HR to address employee concerns effectively.

* Operational Margins: Optimise boning hall and offal margins.
* Continuous Improvement: Meet targets for improvement initiatives.
* People Metrics:Manage absence, training plans, and succession plans effectively.
* Lean Operations: Adhere to lean operations principles.* Quality Standards: Maintain high quality and customer service metrics.
