Salary: €55 000- €70 000 (DOE)

Join a company with a rich history dating back to 1797. My client is a global leader in the chemical industry, with a focus on the manufacture and distribution of chemicals and materials. Their Cork operation specialises in bagging and dispatching agricultural chemicals.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Site Manager to oversee all aspects of our client's Cork site operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient running of the site, meeting customer requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and respond to changing customer requirements professionally.
* Oversee the bagging operation to optimise efficiency, output, and downtime.
* Manage dispatch activities to meet customer needs.
* Liaise with suppliers and contractors to maintainefficient mechanical operations of bagging and mobile plant equipment.
* Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at alltimes.
* Efficiently manage all employees and related HR activities.
* Control and manage contractors and site visitors.
*Meet and manage legal and company objectives, including the Integrated Management System and ISO standards.
* Coordinate thesafe and efficient offloading of incoming products.
* Collaborate with relevant personnel to meet both existing and new operational requirements.
* Promote continuous improvement through initiatives like 5S.
What We're Looking For:
* Good mechanical skills and a maintenance background are advantageous.
* Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements in a busy environment.
* Experience in bulk bagging operations is a plus.
* Strong PC skills and analytical abilities.
* Proven experience in managing people with excellent leadership and communication skills.
* A positive leader who can drive change and lead their team effectively.
