Description:
My client, a multinational is looking for a Process Engineer to join their teamin Sligo.
You will need to have experience in thermoforming. You will report to the Operations Manager on site. You will need to have excellent GMP knowledge, Thermoformed Medical and Pharmaceutical Packaging and be able to interact with quality and production departments
You will ideally have 5 years in machines set-up, experience in thermoforming is an advantageWhat is my client offering you?

Key Responsibilities include:
* Assists the Production Team by setting up equipment to manufacture quality product at targeted production rates.
* Assists Production Team by training new setup persons.
* Can alter processes and perform troubleshooting in efforts toassist the Operations Team with target delivery
* Meets Process Engineering schedules established by the Operations Manager.* Conducts designed experiments as outlined by Design Engineer or Operations Manager and makes necessary adjustments throughoutthe study.
* Collects data for process studies and assists with measurements for these studies as needed.
* Documents actions by completing documentation related to projects and tasks.
* Applies knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, materials and production history to evaluate a manufacturing/production process.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the area of machines set-up, experience in thermoforming is an advantage
* Technical school certificate or Bachelor's Degree in related engineering programs preferred
* Basic computer knowledge (especially in MS Word and Excel).
* Good mechanical and technical ability and aptitude / skills
