Our client, based in West Cork, commutable from Bandon, Macroom, Kinsale and Clonakilty is looking for a recent graduate to train up for the production planner vacancy they have in their food production facility. This is a Monday - Friday days only.
This person will be reporting to production manager.
Are you a recent food business, business administration graduate, who is a whizz at EXCEL, living in West Cork?
This production planner job requires the following attributes:
* Goodcommunication skills
* Competent using IT systems and Microsoft Excel
* Good ability with numbers
* Ability to work underpressure
Your duties will include:
* Plan production schedule across different departments .
* Maintain Process ordersin line with production requirements.
* Ensure defined Process Orders times are achieved.
* Drive for continuous improvement through all processes you interact with.
* Ensure compliance to all Quality requirements.
* Attend production meetings toascertain future production requirements and demands.
Some experience in the food Industry a plus but not essential.
