Our client, a leading private healthcare provider in Dublin, is seeking an experienced andskilled CT Clinical Specialist Radiographer to join their team. This role is ideal for an ambitious professional ready to step into a leadership position, working in a state-of-the-art facility. You will play a pivotal role in managing CT imaging services,ensuring high standards of patient care and contributing to the professional development of the radiography team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the CT department, ensuring a high-quality service delivery.
* Collaborate effectively with the broader multidisciplinary team to support patient care pathways.
* Supervise and mentor junior radiographers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.
* Contribute to department planning, quality improvement, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
* BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent.
* Postgraduate qualification in CT is required.
* CORU registration is mandatory.
* A management course is desirable, though not mandatory.Experience
* A minimum of 6 years' experience in CT, or a postgraduate qualification in CT plus a minimum of 3 years' experience.
* Demonstrated experience working within a team of Radiographers.
* Experience in cardiac CT, CT biopsies, and virtual colonoscopy.
* Experience with intravenous cannulation and contrast administration.
