Description:
I am delighted to assist my client inrecruiting for a Director of Nursing in a Private Hospital based in Munster. This post will provide an excellent opportunity foran experienced ADON or DON with an Acute hospital background.
As a DON you will be responsible for the provision of qualitypatient care, by identifying, analysing, and refining clinical and system processes and operations to improve and ensure positive patient outcomes. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of a professional practice environment to achieve positive patient care outcomes and staff satisfaction.
Eligibiliy Criteria:
* Third level Nursing qualification.
* Activeregistration with NMBI.
* Postgraduate qualification in Healthcare or related field.
* Postgraduate qualifcation in Management desirable.
* Have 5+ years experience at Senior management level and possess strong leadership and staff management skills.* Experience from an Acute Hospital or Elective Surgery environment.
* Excellent communication skills.
