* £20 - £22 per hour PAYE
* Initial 12 month contract but could extend further
* Role working on-site at Farnborough, Hampshire
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join a global Construction and Engineering company based in Farnborough. Our client has fantastic offices with great facilities including free parking, Costa Coffee on-site and a lovely subsidised restaurant.
This role is working a 9 day fortnight; you will work Monday to Friday one week and complete 44 hours and every alternate week you will work 36 hours and work Monday to Thursday meaningyou have every alternate Friday off.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for safety, has facilities experienceand someone who is happy to get involved. It will be an on site role and there maybe the occasional need for overtime/weekend support.
Duties as Facilities Coordinator can include but not limited to:
* Organising and carrying out HSE Inductions* STAs for multiple contractors
* Waste Management control
* Security contract management
* Be the main Landlord contact
* First Aid coordinator
* Reserve Fire Marshall
* Audio Visual Support
* Main contact for Holborn London office support
* Project management on fit outs
* Sustainability
* Member of the ISO auditing team for Office Services
* Building management
* Contractor Management
* Working in SAP and with Indirect Procurement
Skills and experience required for the Senior Facilities Coordinator:
* Ideally we are looking for someone who has previous knowledge and experience within HSE as well as a solid background within Facilities/Office Management
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
