An excellent GP Surgery in Southampton, who are part of wider group who score GOOD on CQC are looking for a GP Locum to work long term 3-12 months to support their existing team in a really well run, team orientated GP Surgery in Hampshire. You can earn a salary of up to £850/ day, paid weekly outside of IR35 & 20 minute appointments!
Our pro-active client have a purpose-built surgery, with stunning views and parking on site. They are looking for a GP Locum to join their practice and be an essential part of the team andintegrate to work seamlessly alongside their existing workforce. To them, the locum GP is an important part of the team and will be valued and treated equally as part of the team, even supplied with regular cups of tea! They have a well oiled system across several surgeries near Southampton, to seek further support as they continue to improve their service. Being a part of a partnership, they have a full quota of support staff including experienced GPs and business leaders. With this, there would be potential to expand into a salaried or partnership position.
The Package

You can work 3-12 months anything from 4-10 sessions per week with a very good workload (22 patients per day, 20 minute appointments, self gen admin and no visits) using SystmOne. You will have the sustainability and benefits of being a salaried GP but the earning and flexibility of being a locum GP - bringing together the best of both worlds - ultimately earning up to £16,000 if you work FTE outsideof IR35! There may even be the possibility of working remotely after a period of time.
