Position: Occupational Therapy Manager
Location: Private Hospital, Dublin

About the Opportunity:
Our client, a leading private hospital in Dublin, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Occupational Therapy Manager to join their team. This prestigious facility is known for its commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Occupational Therapy Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
* Supervise, mentor, and support a team of Occupational Therapists and assistants.
* Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and protocols in line with best practices.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
* Oversee the assessment, planning, and delivery of occupationaltherapy services to patients.
* Manage departmental budgets, resources, and scheduling.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
* Participate in continuous professional development and foster a culture of learning withinthe department.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in an acute hospital setting.
* Extensive experience in Oncology, Palliative Care, Elderly Care, Rheumatology and Acute Medical Care.
* At least 2years experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist.
* CORU Registration
* Demonstrated leadership and management skills.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
