Permanent Lead Development Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Leeds
A CQC rated GOOD Surgery in Leeds are looking for a Permanent Lead Development Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their incredibly organised and efficient walk-in centre team.
Our pro-active client has a large and brilliant team with a solid working practice. They have developed innovative ways of working with new NHS requirements for a good position going forward. A purpose-built surgery who not only have a brilliant set up (detailed below) but are very much about ensuring all staff are happy and looked after. They have a multi-disciplinary team so any specialist interestswould be welcomed.
They are looking for a Permanent Lead Development Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join their practice and be an essential part of the team and growth plans. The Lead Development Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), will lead the team at Leeds to ensure that all clinical and non-clinical staff competencies are constantly monitored and that standards are high. They will also lead and develop further the Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner program, helping to develop junior staff into quality ACP.
Requirements:
* 40hrs (32hrs clinical and 8hrs non-clinical). Part time can also be considered
* Non-medical prescribing qualification
* Relevant Degree
* MSc in advanced Clinical Practice or Relevant ANP courses at level 6 or7, or equivalent in Advanced Physical Assessment skills, Minor Illness, disease management, etc.
* Ability to triage (desirable)
* Good understanding of autonomous practice within a minor illness/urgent care centre and the roles that deliver this
*Teaching qualification i.e., 998 or equivalent (Desirable)
