Permanent Advanced Nurse/clinical Practitioner inLeeds​

A CQC rated GOOD Surgery in Leeds​ are looking for a Permanent Advanced Nurse/clinical Practitioner to join their incredibly organised and efficient walk-in centre team.

Our pro-active client has a large and brilliant team with asolid working practice. They have developed innovative ways of working with new NHS requirements for a good position going forward. A purpose-built surgery who not only have a brilliant set up (detailed below) but are very much about ensuring all staff are happy and looked after. They have a multi-disciplinary team so any specialist interests would be welcomed.

They are lookingfor a Permanent Advanced Nurse/clinical Practitioner to join their practice and be an essential part of the team and growth plans. They will assess, diagnose and plan care for patients; including prescribing of medications where qualified to do so, and where clinically indicated. Working across Urgent Care Services in Leeds, the ANP/ACP will manage acute presentations to the Walk-In Centre, as part of a team of autonomous Practitioners; in addition to using the clinical knowledge and skills to determine urgency and best pathway for patients presenting to the Emergency Departments in Leeds (streaming).​​​​​​​

Requirements:

* Full time / Part time available
* Non-medical prescribing qualification
* Relevant Degree
* MSc in advanced Clinical Practice or Relevant ANP courses at level 6 or 7, or equivalent in Advanced PhysicalAssessment skills, Minor Illness, disease management, etc.
* Ability to triage (desirable)
* Good understanding of autonomous practice within a minor illness/urgent care centre and the roles that deliver this
* Teaching qualification i.e., 998 or equivalent (Desirable)
