Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to determine their physiotherapy needs and develop individualised treatment plans.
* Implement evidence-based interventions to promote physical recovery, improve mobility, and enhance functional independence.
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, social workers, and nursing staff, to ensure holistic patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques,and strategies for improving physical health and well-being.
* Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical outcomes and feedback.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with departmentalpolicies and professional standards.
* Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and service development initiatives to improve the quality of care.
* Support and mentor junior staff and therapy students as required.
Qualifications and Experience* Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with HCPC.
* Significant experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting, preferably within community or integrated care.
* Strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills, with the ability to workautonomously and as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.* Knowledge of relevant policies, best practices, and rehabilitation techniques.
