Position: Senior Radiation Therapist

The Hospital:
FRS Recruitment are delighted to be working with a top-tier private hospital in Dublin, known for it's patient-focused care and advanced medical services. We are seeking a CORU registered Radiation Therapist with atleast 3 years experience.
Key Responsibilities:* Deliver high-quality radiation therapy treatments to patients with a variety of oncological conditions.
* Collaborate closely with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
* Oversee and mentor junior radiation therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to best practices andprotocols.
* Participate in the continuous improvement of departmental procedures and protocols to enhance patient care.
*Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient treatments and progress.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to radiation therapy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or a related field.
* CORU Registration
* Registration with the Irish Institute of Radiography and Radiation Therapy (IIRRT).
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in radiation therapy, with a strong background in advanced techniques.
* Excellent clinical skillsand attention to detail.
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.* Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with advancements in radiation therapy.
