Service Manager (Band 7).
£21-£26 per hour (Inside).
6 Month Contract (With a potential 3 month extension).
Office located in Stanmore with flexibility to work at sites where Trust activity is delivered and ability to work from home as agreed.
My Client are an NHS Trust based in Stanmore, who are currently seeking a Service Manager on an initial 6 month contract (with potential to extend a further 3 months). This role is full time (37.5 hrs), paying £21-£26 per hour (Inside IR35).
Essential skills/experience needed:
* Educated to a degree level or equivalent experience/
* Recognised management qualification or equivalent experience managing people, projects, finance and access.
* Evidence of continuing education and development.* Knowledge and understanding of a range of issues across the NHS.
* Demonstrable management experience.
* Evidence of managing staff.
* IT Skills - MS Office.
* Demonstrate evidence of influencing and persuasion.
* Verbal reasoning skills
*Ability to work and deliver with and through others.
* Demonstrable negotiation skills.
* Highly developed communication skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively with service users as well as clinical staff at all levels.
* Demonstrable commitment to anti-discriminatory and inclusive behaviours and practises.
Desirable skills/experience:
* Experience of managing budgets.
* Project management experience.
* Demonstrates achievements in managing change.
* Experience of participatingin clinical government initiatives.
* Ability to work and plan the strategic direction of services.
* Ability to create and manage policies.
Confidentiality
