Are you a competent, motivated Staff Grade Physiotherapist who is interested in working within a well-established Acute Hospital in Cork? Are you passionate about providing high quality care and have you proven ability toencourage, inspire and supports others?
FRS are delighted to be recruiting driven Staff Grade Physiotherapists who will be based within a supportive, friendly team in a University, Acute hospital in Cork. My client is a 350 bed acute general hospital.It includes all major specialities including intensive care, cancer and general surgery, urology, neurology, paediatrics, respiratory, emergency department, pain service, general medicine and musculoskeletal outpatients.

* Carry a clinical case load applicable to the post
* Be responsible for client assessment and the developmentand implementation of individualised treatment plans
* Develop effective communication and provide instruction, guidance andsupport to service users, families, carers etc
* Participate in clinics, review meetings, team meetings, case conferences,ward rounds etc. as required and at varied locations.
* Maintain clinical records in accordance with local, hospital and professional guidelines
* Work within own scope of competence in line with principles of best practice, professional conduct and clinical governance
* To participate in the on call rota and provide rotational cover when requested
* Participate inweekend working on a rota basis as part of the core hours of the position
Key Requirements:
* Hold a Physiotherapy qualification recognised by the Physiotherapists Registration Board at CORU.
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative as well as being a team-player
* Demonstrate sufficient clinical knowledge and evidence based practice to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the post
* Demonstrate ability to apply knowledge to practice
* Demonstrate ability to plan and deliver care in an effective and resourceful manner within a model of person centred care
