An exciting opportunity for all determined, ambitious,and enthusiastic Staff Grade Psychologists in North Dublin. The role offers a vacancy for both full-time and part-time opportunities and is a permanent contract. My client is a well-known specialist service for people under the age of 18 with intellectualdisabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for all psychologists who have experience working with children with disabilities.The successful candidate will be required to work as part of an interdisciplinary team that provides services to 0-18-year-old children and young persons with complex needs, with or without intellectual disabilities.
This is a permanent contract offer for part-time and full-time.

Duties of these positions include:
* Responsible for the delivery of an assessment and therapeutic psychology service to children and their families
* Undertaking assessments of children and their families and identifying appropriate treatment services to meet their specific needs
* To communicate in a skilled and sensitive manner, information concerningthe assessment, formulation, and treatment plans of clients under their care and to monitor and evaluate progress during multi-disciplinary care.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
* A recognised university degree or diploma with first or second-class honours in which Psychology was taken as a major subject and honours obtained in that subject.
* A recognised post-graduate professional qualification in Psychology recognised by the Psychological Society of Ireland.
* The requisite knowledge and the ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the position, including interest and experience in working with children and young personswith complex needs and their families.
* Applicants with qualifications obtained outside of Ireland must provide with their application a certificate of validation of their qualifications from the Department of Health.
Salary: €53,021-€85,267 DOE
