Concept Resourcing are looking for Divisional Director of Operations to join a NHS client based in Kent.
This is an initial 3 month contract with a possible extension. The role is INSIDE IR35. Day rates between £450-520 per day, depending onexperience.
Required Experience:
Recent senior management experience
Broad ranging experience in different clinical services
Experience in implementing innovative clinically led services
Evidence to support programme of personal and professional development
Proven experience of successfully managing budgets and delivery of productivity and efficiency programmesProven experience of leading change through people, by effective and engaging leadership
Demonstrable ability in strategicplanning
Demonstrable ability in inter-agency communication and negotiation; including collaborative working
Demonstrableability in project management
Demonstrable ability in implementing change and evaluation (in complex and changing environments to deliver sustainable services)
Demonstrable ability in analytical skills
Demonstrable ability in strategic influencingand creativity - to understand complex issues, developing creative solutions to problems and propose solutions
The ability to grasp critical issues and distil them into clear and manageable priorities, weighing both costs and benefits
Demonstrable ability to assess the future including ability to see and act on opportunities, implement range of innovative approaches to progress a situation
Holds self and others to account by setting boundaries for how individuals are work, act and accountable formeeting goals and targets
Political astuteness to understand underlying social, political and historical factors shaping health services and to lead system changes
Demonstrable ability to undertake broad scanning of networks, benchmarking, research,national developments and current NHS policy
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; including excellent verbal andwritten communication and presentation skills
Able to demonstrate coherent and detailed report writing
Understanding therole of research and development activities and clinical effectiveness as a whole within the department
