CANDIDATES MUST HAVE COMMUNICATIONS EXPERIENCEJob Summary

We are looking for a skilled advocate for digital transformation whose focus is on making things better and easier for people with digital enablement. They will primarily support the delivery of the Adult Social Care Digital Transformation programme, with a focus on ensuring that we do the right thing for our resident population and carers, people and communities aswell as delivering a working environment which better enables our staff to deliver the best care, they can every day. The post-holder will also have the opportunity to work across multiple workstreams within the overall digital transformation programme, potentially ranging from the rollout of virtual hospital wards to projects to promote digital access and skills in the local population.

This is a new fixed term role which is being introduced to support the delivery of the Adult Social Care Digital Transformation programme, plus ad-hoc support to other workstreams where required. The postholder will be responsible for managing several complex work-streams within the programme across multiple ICS stakeholders, ensuring change is appropriately managed in line with the ICB programme management frameworks and delivered effectively and consistently. This will be achieved through utilisation of effective programme management methodologies, alongside other change management skills to engage with a range of internal and external partners.

This role will have a substantial focus on communications, with the post-holder acting as the key point of contact between the ICB's digital and communications teams. The post holder will play a dual role, both in ensuring projects and programmes are appropriately communicated to stakeholders to support the delivery of objectives, and in identifying opportunities to promote achievements and represent the digital team's work in a positive light via the ICB's owned channels.
