£35,000-£40,000 + Car allowance + Commission + OTE -£65k Year 1
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our very own team. We're looking for driven business development professionals to join us in an exciting period of growth and expansion.

Role:
The Business Development Manager will demonstrate a track record of securing net new business, account growth, and ongoing relationship management. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to find new opportunities, engage in a consultative manner, and most importantly theability to close business. Experienced in IT or Labour related B2B sales is a must-have, along with the ability to manage multiple relationships and opportunities consecutively.

* Engagement with existing clients to manage and expand our offering
* Proactively and progressively developing the pipeline, closing all possible opportunities to achieve the required sales and performance KPIs as set for the individual roles, territories, or client base.
* Developing and maintaining a close and mutually beneficial relationship with all clients, through excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a productive network and long-term engagement.
* Working with operational experts to design and implement solutions to meet the needs of new clients.

* Proactive marketing of the Concept businessand offering
* Evaluate and understand and respond accordingly without delay to opportunities
* Commercially astute
* Research-based prospecting for solution-based selling through active and passive methods
* Understand the markets, target clients,key target individuals, and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.
* Collaborate with service and support teams to ensure that requirements are met, and we have some transition of new clients and service wins.
* Contributing to company best practices and innovation.
Profile:
Minimum of 3 years experience in selling and developing one of technology hardware or solutions [MSP or VAR], Labour or logistics or outsourced services solutions to the tech space, or Interim Recruitment Services and Solutions in a similar role/organisation. Those with proven experience in New Business Development will be considered from any background.
Ability to lead and motivate internal and external stakeholders with the ability to set and transition newservices and solutions.
Accomplished negotiator, striking the right balance between communication and conversion.
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to build a productive network both internally and externally.
