Purpose
We have an ongoing business plan to significantly expand our thriving recruitment company and havean exciting opportunity for a dedicated Internal Recruiter to play an essential part in the growth of the business and its future.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieving Concept headcount growth plans.
* Working with Directors and Managers to understand vacancy requirements and create a recruitment strategy around the business needs.
* Implementing and managing candidate attraction projects.
* Advertising job vacancies through job boards.
* Headhunting of experienced consultants through to Director-level appointments.
* Effective use of the advanced functionality on LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Liaising with R2Rs where required.
* Telephone interviewing and face to face interviewing potential candidates.
* Liaising directly with managers and Directors to arrange interviews.
* Having a creative approach to candidate attraction, working closely with our marketing department to create social media campaigns.
* Researching into international recruitment markets to hire into future international branches.
* Arranging and attending job fairs.
* General administration and input to CRM system.
* Managing Assessment Dayswhere required.
* Developing and promoting the employer brand.

* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to build business relationships and work with stakeholders at all levels
* Organisation / time management
* Recruitment experience, ideally hiring from graduate level through to directorship
*Experience of executive search and headhunting sales professionals
* Experience of managing a recruitment process from initialapproach through to offer stage
* Close attention to detail and high level of accuracy
