You will play a vital role in delivering our continuous commitment to develop, grow and put the wellbeing of ourpeople first. You will work in our face-paced environment to help deliver, assess, and drive improvements of our training &development, a focus on our new starters and the visions of our growth plans.
Profile
Major recruitment experience is notessential; however, a wealth of ambition and drive is a must. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to easily forge working relationships with your team and maintain them. You will be expected to develop an understanding the provisions we operate within and the requirements of those working within it. You must also be able to demonstrate your organisational skills with a view to building the best L&D program.
Responsibilities
* Take ownership of the new starter performance from training,development, sign off processes and aid in passing probation.
* Responsible for managing and improving all systems and processes around new starter performance
* With cooperation of manager, help improve the speed in which a new starter becomes cost effective. You will do this by helping them to achieve their business targets and pass probation
* Deliver training sessions inline with our training programs and requirements.
* To design, develop and deliver new training content, in line with training needs across the business
* Helping managers across the business in the onboarding and sign off process of the new starters.This will include weekly meetings, additional coaching, feedback sessions and highlighting any opportunities to drive improvements
* Delivering one on one coaching sessions which are tailored to the requirements of the business. From new starters to thewider business
* Motivating our people to improve individual areas of development
* Providing a safe coaching space, to mentor the team through issues which may be hindering their performance
