Key Requirements:
* Strong background in New Business Development to identify and seize new opportunities.
* Proven billing experience with a deep understanding of Contingency or Search and Selection Recruitment Market.
* Proficiency in contract/interim and/or permanent solutions, preferably within a specialist sector.
* Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
